The 30 days is counted from the day you receive your order from us, not the date you placed the order. All returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new including the original jewelry box it came in. Any ring ordered in other than the base configuration shown on the site or other than White Gold is considered custom and therefore not returnable. All Tennis Bracelets are made in 7 inch lengths and made when ordered, and therefore are not returnable.
